General Election Case Study

For my IDS-452 case study, I designed and executed a predictive analytics project focused on the 2028 U.S. presidential election. Using a large, multi-source dataset (historical election results, religiosity trends, and social media ad-spend data), I conducted extensive data cleaning, normalization, and feature engineering to refine the dataset for hypothesis testing. I applied correlation analysis, simple and multiple linear regression models, and statistical significance testing to evaluate how demographic shifts and digital campaign investments influence voter turnout and vote share in swing states. The final model generated strategic recommendations around budget allocation, messaging strategy, and platform targeting, identifying Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Arizona, and Wisconsin as high-impact states. This project demonstrates my ability to translate complex quantitative analysis into actionable, real-world strategy.

Instagram Structure: Strategy Case Study

This case study explores the underlying data structure, information architecture, and user flows that power Instagram’s post ecosystem. I deconstructed the platform’s content hierarchy, metadata systems, taxonomies, and navigation models to understand how design decisions shape user behavior and engagement. Using UX methods such as structural analysis, content modeling, and interface mapping—alongside more technical frameworks like data classification, system logic, and exploratory quantitative techniques (including regression-informed thinking around engagement dynamics)—I evaluated how Instagram organizes, prioritizes, and rewards content. The project demonstrates my ability to bridge UX strategy with analytical rigor, translating complex systems into clear, actionable design insights.

Marketing/Branding Guides

In my role at Allied Touring, one of my responsibilities was creating branding guides for our clients (Broadway shows). For each client, I approached the work as a UX-driven design and delivery challenge—recognizing that every production has its own narrative, audience expectations, and interaction context. I translated each show’s voice, tone, and emotional intent into structured design systems that guided creative decisions around visual hierarchy, color usage, typography, and content treatment. Rather than applying a personal aesthetic, I prioritized user-centered decision-making, ensuring each guide aligned authentically with the mental models and expectations of its audience. This process required strong project scoping, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional coordination to deliver cohesive, on-brand assets across timelines and teams.

Allied Touring: Client Driven UX & Project Management Solutions

Press Management

In my role at Allied Touring, I managed complex, multi-month national press initiatives, coordinating over 70 interviews across multiple productions and geographic markets while balancing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations. My work included planning and executing high-visibility activations such as photoshoots, national anthem performances, and other promotional engagements, ensuring seamless logistics and on-site execution. I regularly collaborated with talent, publicists, and internal teams to align priorities, mitigate risks, and maintain clear communication across all parties. This experience strengthened my ability to manage cross-functional workflows, adapt quickly to changing variables, and deliver successful outcomes under tight timelines.

Diversity Infographic

Design is one of my passions. I have done significant research into workplace bias issues and the impact of diversity, access, equity, and inclusion on different industries. In the arts & tech, much like other industries, representation is not only necessary but imperative for the successful future of the industry.
